The 2016 NOACA Fact Book is a compilation of statistics and trends related to the transportation, economic, and environmental systems in the five-county NOACA region of Greater Cleveland. Transportation is presented through various modes, including roadways, transit, active transportation, maritime, and aviation.

With data gathered from a broad range of sources, cited throughout the book, the publication was designed as an easy-to-read reference, and supports NOACA’s mission of region-wide transportation planning and air and water quality management for the Northeast Ohio counties of Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain and Medina; and provides information for public dissemination. The Fact Book will be an annual publication.

The book is divided into four main sections:
