Strategic Regional Transit Plan

The purpose of this study is to provide a strategic action plan that supports the development of a cohesive and coordinated vision for public transit investment in the NOACA region, which includes five public transit agencies including the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, Laketran, Lorain County Transit, Medina County Public Transit and Geauga County Transit.
