| FPA & Wastewater Treatment Maps FPA boundary maps define areas currently served by sanitary sewers, areas to be served within the next 20 years, and areas that will remain on individual lot systems for the next 20 years. NOACA staff processes requests to modify FPA boundaries for wastewater management and wastewater treatment prescriptions. NOACA’s Board considers these requests to facilitate the efficient and cost-effective treatment of wastewater in this region. |
