History/Background Project will fund streetscape amenities along the newly realigned/rebuilt Franklin Blvd. which were not included in the overall Port stabilization project for Irishtown Bend. This project includes congressionally directed spending which was requested by NOACA. The project is scheduled to be aligned to match PID 89034 CUY-Lake Link Trail, which Cleveland Metroparks intends to bid concurrently for construction start, or as soon as the Port's stabilization project is complete.
