On March 9, 2018, the NOACA Board of Directors added the projects described below to the State Fiscal Years 2018-2021 Transportation Improvement Program via Resolution 2018-010. Resolution 2018-009 verifies that these projects successfully completed Project Planning Review. The projects were endorsed by the following NOACA subcommittee/committees:
