On March 10, 2017, the NOACA Board of Directors added the projects described below to the State Fiscal Years 2016-2019 Transportation Improvement Program via Resolution 2017-010. Resolution 2017-009 verifies that these projects successfully completed Project Planning Review. The projectswere endorsed by the following NOACA subcommittee/committees:

Cuyahoga County

• Improvements at the I-90 Interchange at Martin Luther King Drive in Cleveland
• Bridge project on I-480 in Valley View and Independence  (PPR was initiated for this project in the 2nd quarter, but the project required an air quality conformity analysis. The project was moved to the 3rd quarter.)

Lake County

• Bridge Project in Willoughby Hills
