  *   Safety and Operations Council, August 18, 1:00 p.m. meeting
  *   Transportation Subcommittee, September 15, 10:30 a.m. meeting
  *   Planning and Programming Committee, October 13, 11:30 a.m. meeting
  *   Executive Committee, November 3, 11:30 a.m. meeting
