On December 14, 2018, the NOACA Board of Directors will consider adding the projects described below to the State Fiscal Years 2018-2021 Transportation Improvement Program. The projects will also be reviewed and considered by the following NOACA subcommittee/committees: 

• Transportation Subcommittee, September 21, 10:30 a.m. meeting 
• Planning and Programming Committee, October 12, 11:30 a.m. meeting 
• Executive Committee, November 9, 11:30 a.m. meeting

• Roadway Projects in Cleveland
• RTA Fiscal Year 2019 Capital Grant Program
• Improvements at the SR-176 and IR-480 Interchange in Cleveland and the Village of Brooklyn Heights
