On September 14, 2018, the NOACA Board of Directors added the projects described below to the State Fiscal Years 2018-2021 Transportation Improvement Program via Resolution 2018-031. Resolution 2018-030 verifies that these projects successfully completed Project Planning Review. These projects were endorsed by the following NOACA subcommittee/committees: 

• Transportation Subcommittee, June 15, 10:30 a.m. meeting 
• Planning and Programming Committee, July 13, 11:30 a.m. meeting 
• Executive Committee, August 10, 11:30 a.m. meeting

• Auxiliary Lane along I-71 in Strongsville 
• Road Rehabilitation on Smith Road in Brook Park
