OWP FY2026

The Overall Work Program (OWP) outlines the transportation and environmental work of NOACA staff during the fiscal year running from July 1 through June 30. It is one of three major planning documents mandated by the federal government for metropolitan planning organizations. The staff work contained within the OWP is helping NOACA achieve its 30-year long range plan for the future, entitled weNEO2050.  

weNEO2050 offers a vision of the region's transportation system through the year 2040 and identifies $15.2 billion in transportation investments that address accessibility, safety and mobility for people who live and work in Northeast Ohio.
