NOACA’s Air Quality Planning & Programs are dedicated to improving air quality and increasing public awareness of the impact of air pollution. NOACA forecasts daily air quality for ground-level ozone and fine particulate matter and conducts air quality outreach activities. Additionally, NOACA staff perform conformity analyses for transportation projects. View the 2018-2021 TIP Air Quality Conformity Analyses (see Appendix C) here. 	Air Quality Advisories NOACA and its partners forecast Air Quality Advisories when air quality levels will be unhealthy for sensitive groups.
	Ozone State Implementation Plan NOACA issues advisories on days when ground-level ozone levels are projected to exceed health-based standards and encourages the community to take steps to reduce ozone precursor emissions.
	Fine Particles (PM2.5) State Implementation Plan NOACA forecasts daily levels of PM2.5 and encourages individuals to reduce particle pollution by considering alternatives to driving alone.
	Air Quality Trends Reports NOACA issues yearly reports to present information on air quality trends in eight (8) northeast Ohio counties for six different pollutants.
	Congestion Mitigation & Air Quality (CMAQ) Program The CMAQ program provides federal funding statewide for transportation projects located in the largest urban areas of Ohio that improve congestion and air quality.
	Gohio Commute Gohio Commute is the premier ride planning, matching, and logging tool available for free! This interactive platform gives you the information you need to make smart choices – and save money, improve your health, and improve air quality. You can also connect with nearby commuters to share your ride. Just plan your trip, then watch the savings grow!
	Commuter Choice Awards NOACA's Commuter Choice Awards encourage people to try alternative modes of transportation.
