Join our Guaranteed Ride Home Program - Your "Assurance Policy" in emergencies (when you carpool or vanpool at least three days a week and are registered in the Gohio Commute Program).

In order to take advantage of Gohio Commute's Guaranteed Ride Home Program, please read the following and sign below:

I understand the guidelines of the Gohio Commute Guaranteed Ride Home Program and qualify by traveling in a ridesharing arrangement (carpool or vanpool). I also understand that the incorrect use of this service may result in reduced or no reimbursement for the cost of my transportation expenses incurred and/or restriction from using this service again.

I, on behalf of myself and all my heirs, successors, or assignees, hereby release and hold harmless my employer, the Gohio Commute agencies and their employees, Board members, the counties and municipalities in the Gohio Commute program, including the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT), and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), from liability, claims and demands of any kind whatsoever, including, but not limited to any personal property loss, loss of income, consequential damages resulting from transportation arrangements made by me under the Gohio Commute Guaranteed Ride Home Program.
