Go CAR(bon) FREE Challenge!!

The 2025 Lake Eerie CAR(bon) FREE Challenge is open through October 31! Log all of your alternative destination trips (work, school, errands) on Gohio Commute for your chance to win great prizes!

Let’s show what a difference in our region’s air quality we can make when we leave the car behind. We will raffle weekly prizes during the month for anyone who logs a trip, and grand prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. In honor of Pedestrian Safety Month, walking trips earn 2 points. Biking, e-scooter, and telework trips earn 1.5 points. Carpool, vanpool, and transit trips earn 1 point. 

Prizes are donated through support from sponsors NOACA, Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, Laketran, Bike Cleveland, and University Circle Inc.

This Challenge is open to residents/employees/students in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, and Medina Counties. Entries are limited to four trips per day.
