For employers in Northeast Ohio, Gohio Commute is also an effective tool to help you attract and retain employees through affordable, convenient, and sustainable commute options. We can work with you to inform your employees about alternative commute options and help you (and them) track progress, free of charge.

Gohio Commute is a smarter way to get from Point A to Point B in Northeast Ohio.

For Commuters

Gohio Commute offers carpool and vanpool matching services, along with detailed maps and routes. Other transportation options include bicycle and pedestrian routes and public transit options. Each Gohio Commute user means one fewer car on the road, resulting in cleaner air for all of us.

For Employers

Employers can encourage their employees to use Gohio Commute to ease their commutes as well, with multiple benefits for the organization, including the need for fewer parking spaces. There's also telecommute options that have been shown to improve productivity and workplace satisfaction. Employers can create their own subsite community within Gohio Commute to help bring employees seeking commuting alternatives together.

For Schools

Gohio Commute isn't just for commuters and employers; schools and universities can put the system to work for them, too! Parents can set up schoolpools to help get kids to school, reducing the number of cars and their emissions near schools. Colleges and universities can also use Gohio Commute to connect students seeking rides for breaks, while offering the service to employees who travel to campus together.
