NOACA has prepared Safety Reports for the region. These reports contain a prioritized ranking of estimated crash frequencies for arterial roadway segments and major intersections. Reports also include a cost-benefit analysis of select Federal Highway Administration Proven Safety Countermeasures and (where applicable) an analysis of at-grade railroad crossings within the community, identifying those that pose safety concerns.
