NOACA Speakers Bureau: Through its Speakers Bureau, NOACA provides speakers on a variety of transportation and environmental topics for community meetings or gatherings. Our goal is to support an interactive planning process where community members are educated on transportation alternatives and on social and economic consequences of transportation decisions. Through the Speakers Bureau, NOACA works with the public, planning organizations, government agencies, elected officials and community groups.

We’ll tailor our presentation to your group, but we’ve provided some ideas on topics (below) to get you thinking!
