UPCOMING MEETING:

Federal Highway and Federal Transit Administrative - Ohio Division TMA C Certification Review will be held at the NOACA Office, December 12-13, 2024.

Every four years, NOACA undergoes a review by the Federal Transportation Administration and the Federal Highway Administration to ensure that the agency is carrying out the metropolitan planning process in adherence to federal statutes and regulations. 

This review evaluates how well NOACA complies with federal guidelines, as well as examines the relationship between NOACA and the area's transit operators and the Ohio Department of Transportation.
