Public Comment

Attend a Board Meeting
We welcome agenda-relevant public comment at board and committee meetings. Nearly all these meetings are public meetings, and the time, place and agenda for these meetings is available on our calendar. Agendas are normally available approximately one week prior to the meeting date. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in.

Comment on Projects
You can comment on projects that are being considered for funding through the "Comment on Projects" link on our home page.  You can also comment on our major planning and policy documents as they are being drafted. We will announce public comment periods for these documents on social media and in the "News and Announcements" section of our home page.

Follow Us on Social Media
Like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn. We post information about the agency’s activities, publicize meetings and public involvement opportunities, and ask for feedback on current plans and documents.

Email Us
You can email us through the Contact Us link at the top of the page.  We also encourage you to sign up for our E-newsletter, NOACA Connection, to get regular updates.

Talk to Your Elected Officials
Talk to your locally elected officials who serve on our board. Our board members include mayors, county commissioners, the Cuyahoga County executive, city council members, county council members, county engineers and others. They are your elected representatives, and they are NOACA’s decision-makers. Making your views known to them is a very direct and practical way to influence NOACA.
