The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) is proud to join One Cleveland, a citywide campaign led by Cleveland Public Library in celebration of Cleveland’s 230th year.

Honoring the people, history, and moments that have shaped Cleveland, One Cleveland inspires a shared vision for the city’s future. Participation in the campaign reflects NOACA’s commitment to strengthening communities through partnership, connection, and regional collaboration.

One Cleveland brings together more than 180 partners from across Cleveland’s civic, cultural, nonprofit, educational, and business communities to celebrate the stories, history, and spirit that connect Clevelanders.

Throughout 2026, the campaign will feature community events, programs, and engagement opportunities, including the Cleveland 230 List honoring individuals and groups whose contributions have helped shape the city’s legacy.
