Upcoming NOACA Meetings and Events for October 2019

NOACA committees and staff will hold meetings and events on the following dates and times. The public is welcome to attend.

NE Ohio Water Quality Management 208 Plan Public Meeting

Date:   Tuesday, October 1
Time:   7:00 – 9:00 p.m.

Place:  NEORSD Environmental & Maintenance Service Center, 4747 East 49th Street, Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio 44125

Join NOACA at a public meeting and provide input on Northeast Ohio’s Water Quality Management 208 Plan. Concerned citizens, property owners, and developers are welcome to voice their opinions and comment on water issues impacted by changes to sanitary sewer plans as part of the 208 Plan.

 

External Affairs Committee

Date:   Friday, October 11
Time:   8:30 – 10:00 a.m.

Policy Committee

Planning and Programming Committee

APBP Webinar Series: If We Build it, Will They Come? Estimating Demand For Biking and Walking

Date:   Wednesday, October 16

Time:   3:00 – 4:00 p.m.

NOACA hosts viewings of the 2019 Association for Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals (APBP) monthly webinar series as a way to bring stakeholders, colleagues, and clients together to explore bicycle and pedestrian issues and build support for active transportation. The webinars offer training credits that may meet professional accreditation requirements. To register for this webinar, please email bikeped@mpo.noaca.org.
