The NOACA Governing Board approved the following projects for inclusion in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) by adopting Resolution No. 2002-075 on December 13, 2002.

History/Background:
The bridge on West 130th Street, over a branch of Big Creek in Cleveland, has been approved for CEAO-administered local bridge (LBR) program funds.
Current Conditions:
The West 130th Street bridge is located over a branch of Big Creek in Cleveland. The average daily traffic is 11,980 vehicles (2000 count). The bridge is 48' wide and 27' long. This section of West 130th Street is a minor arterial. The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) offers service along this route (# 83).
Proposed Project:
This project involves the replacement of the bridge on West 130th Street. Total construction cost is estimated at $781,000. The bridge will be constructed with CEAO LBR funds (100 percent). Construction will be programmed for beyond SFY 2005 (i.e. SFY 2007). The project would be administered locally.
