The Governing Board approved the following project for inclusion in the TIP by adopting Resolution No. 2001-074 on 12/14/01

History/Background:
This project is included in ODOT District 3's two-lane resurfacing program.

Current Conditions:
US-20 is functionally classified as a rural principal arterial.  The average daily traffic (ADT) varies along US-20, between 15,560 and 22,530 vehicles per day (2000 traffic survey report).

Proposed Project:
This project involves crack sealing 3.30 miles of US-20, from 0.39 west of SR-301 (Lattasburg Road) to SR-10 in Carlisle Township.  The total construction cost is estimated to be $20,000 using 100% ODOT funds. Construction is expected to occur in SFY 2003.

Staff Comment (Summary):
Move for committee and public review in order to obtain comments.

Intergovernmental Review (IGR):
Carlisle Township requests that the bridge approach on the eastbound lanes of US-20 just east of SR-301 south also be repaired.
