NOACA's Code of Regulations provides for the appointment of a Task Force to oversee a special study or report. Membership in the Task Force can include Board members, standing or subcommittee members, or individuals with special expertise.
 
The Code of Regulations also provides for the appointment of an Advisory Council. Advisory Councils provide advice to the Board or Standing Committee or Subcommittee.
