Final Model Ordinances Are Now Available

Over 100 communities in Northeast Ohio are affected by USEPA’s Phase II Storm Water Regulations. You can view a map of these communities.

The NOACA Governing Board adopted the NOACA Model Approach to the development of Phase II Storm Water Management Plans on January 10, 2003. The NOACA Regional Storm Water Task Force drafted the Model Plan. The Construction/Post Construction Model Ordinances have been updated in April 2004 to make them consistent with Ohio EPA's Construction Site Permit.
