NOACA held its 8th Annual Summit on Friday, June 8, at the Wolstein Center at Cleveland State University. The theme, “Changes & Challenges,” reflected the challenges Northeast Ohio planners and implementers face as a result of recent changes in local, state and federal policy, political control and funding.
