Eighth Annual Summit

 

8th Annual Summit: Changes and Challenges NOACA held its 8th Annual Summit on Friday, June 8, at the Wolstein Center at Cleveland State University. The theme, “Changes & Challenges,” reflected the challenges Northeast Ohio planners and implementers face as a result of recent changes in local, state and federal policy, political control and funding.

After welcoming remarks from Howard R. Maier, NOACA Executive Director, and Mary E. Samide, Geauga County Commissioner and First Vice President of the NOACA Governing Board, the following topics were presented.

    After the keynote address, Erwin J. Odeal, Executive Director, Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, was presented with the Walter F. Ehrnfelt, Jr. Award for Outstanding Regional Contribution.
