Storm Water Model Plan Elements

Over 100 communities in Northeast Ohio are affected by USEPA’s Phase II Storm Water Regulations. You can view a map of these communities.

The NOACA Governing Board adopted the NOACA Regional Storm Water Task Force's Model Approach to the development of Phase II Storm Water Management Plans on January 10, 2003. Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) reports that most of the communities in Northeast Ohio submitted storm water plans based on the regional model.

    Communities that have adopted ordinances based on the Storm Water Task Force model ordinances: Bay Village, Bratenahl, Broadview Heights, Brunswick, Independence, North Olmsted, North Royalton, Norton, and Parma.
