On September 9, 2011, the NOACA Governing Board approved the following regarding these projects: Resolution No. 2011-033 Project Planning Review and Resolution No. 2011-034 Plan and TIP Amendment.
The Project Planning Review (PPR) and Intergovernmental Review and Consultation (IGRC) processes for these projects are now complete.
