Are you aware that all NOACA meetings are open to the public, and that you could voice your opinions about NOACA’s planning activities or projects to NOACA committees or staff? NOACA is committed to offering the public ample opportunity to participate in the transportation planning process or share thoughts and concerns about proposed transportation improvements. NOACA’s Public Interaction Policy is a three-part document that describes how NOACA disseminates information to the public, how citizens may respond, and how these comments help NOACA plan for the future.

NOACA staff will use the policy as a guide for informing you about meetings and upcoming events.
