Because of the lead-time required to process project applications and obtain comment, NOACA posts an annual PPR schedule. Note the following schedule for 2012-2013:

• June 2012 Plan/TIP amendment
  Complete materials must be submitted to NOACA by March 1, 2012
• September 2012 Plan/TIP amendment
  Complete materials must be submitted to NOACA by June 1, 2012
• December 2012 Plan/TIP amendment
  Complete materials must be submitted to NOACA by September 1, 2012
• March 2013 Plan/TIP amendment
  Complete materials must be submitted to NOACA by December 1, 2012
