The Overall Work Program (OWP) summarizes NOACA’s annual transportation and environmental activities, studies and programs that will be completed during one Fiscal Year (FY) running from July 1 through June 30. It is one of three major planning documents that are mandated by the federal government.

The draft Fiscal Year (FY) 2011 OWP (2.74 MB-March 2010) is available for review and comment.
