The Overall Work Program (OWP) summarizes NOACA’s annual transportation and environmental activities, studies and programs that will be completed during one fiscal year (running from July 1 through June 30). It is one of three major planning documents that are mandated by the federal government. The following OWP documents are available in PDF format:
