NOACA owns its own building, which is centrally located in Downtown Cleveland, at 1299 Superior Avenue (at East 13th Street). You can download a direction map, transit routes or parking to our office.

A retrofitted former furniture store of approximately 32,000 sq. feet, serves as NOACA’s headquarters and was purchased in 1998. A design/build team was responsible for creating the three-story, brick office building which won a Downtown Cleveland Partnership Development Award in 2000.
