NOACA offers the opportunity for the public to review and make use of reports and products which result from the Agency's on-going transportation and environmental planning programs.

Our in-house library, located just off the lobby in our building, offers a wealth of information including agency reports, draft materials undergoing public review, transportation-related studies and data, materials dealing with governmental organization and regional cooperation, periodicals and technical maps, and much more. The NOACA collection is available to the public for reference use only.

The agency's library is open to the public from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Copies of materials are available at reproduction and postage rates, as consistent with Ohio's Public Records Act. Requests for public records must be in writing and follow the NOACA Public Interaction Policy.
