History/Background: This planning study is being coordinated with NOACA, Erie County Planning Commission (ERPC) and Toledo Metropolitan Area Council of Governments (TMACOG).

Proposed Project: D12 TOLEDO-CLEVELAND RAIL STUDY: PID No. 98989 - This project involves the development of a Passenger Rail Corridor Investment Plan (PRCIP) consisting of a service development plan (SDP) for the Toledo to Cleveland rail corridor.

The estimated cost is $938,300. The PRCIP and the SDP will be funded entirely through a Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2010 Surface Transportation Program Priorities Earmark – Ohio Hub Plan including Toledo-Cleveland-Detroit Passenger Rail Development, OH.
