Upcoming NOACA Meetings for January 2018

CLEVELAND (Wednesday, December 27, 2017)—NOACA committees and staff will hold meetings on the following dates and times. The public is welcome to attend these meetings.

Info Session for "5310" Applicants
Date: Tuesday, Jan. 9
Time: 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Place: NOACA, 1299 Superior Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44114
NOACA is now accepting applications and requests for funding for its 2018 "5310" Program (Enhanced Mobility for Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities, Section 5310). This program provides capital grants to help governments, transit agencies, and other transportation providers that offer coordinated transportation services that are planned, designed, and carried out to meet the needs of seniors and individuals with disabilities in the Cleveland Urbanized area. NOACA will hold an info session for interested applicants. The information session is NOT mandatory for applicant eligibility. No RSVP is required. For more info, visit www.noaca.org/5310.

Why Don't We Do It in the Road - Implementing Open Streets Webinar

NOACA hosts viewings of the 2018 Association for Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals (APBP) monthly webinar series as a way to bring stakeholders, colleagues and clients together to explore bicycle and pedestrian issues and build support for active transportation. The webinars offer training credits that may meet professional accreditation requirements. To register for this webinar, please email bikeped@mpo.noaca.org.
