CLEVELAND (Wednesday, November 1, 2017)—NOACA committees and staff will hold meetings on the following dates and times. The public is welcome to attend these meetings.

Finance and Audit Committee

Street Lighting: Best Practices and Innovations in Illumination Technology Webinar

Date:    Wednesday, Nov. 15

NOACA hosts viewings of the 2017 Association for Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals (APBP) monthly webinar series as a way to bring stakeholders, colleagues and clients together to explore bicycle and pedestrian issues and build support for active transportation. The webinars offer training credits that may meet professional accreditation requirements. To register for this webinar, please email bikeped@mpo.noaca.org

Public Workshop for the Medina County Bike Map
Date:    Thursday, Nov. 16
Time:    6:30-8:00 p.m.
Place:   Medina County District Library, 210 South Broadway Street, Conference Room B
NOACA develops bike maps for all five counties within the NOACA region in collaboration with county and local governments, metroparks systems, and nonprofit organizations. Join us for a short presentation followed by a group activity to help create the new bike map for Medina County. This meeting is open house style, so stop by even if you can’t attend the whole meeting. The bike maps on NOACA’s GIS portal are updated regularly as new bikeways are constructed, and the paper maps are updated every three years. If you can’t attend the meeting, please send any additions, corrections, or comments to bikeped@mpo.noaca.org.
