Estimated Total Cost: $18,582,077
Proposed Source of Federal Funds: NOACA can work to secure additional funding through innovative funding strategies in an amount equal to the identified needs, through NOACA’s Provisional Transportation Asset Management Program (PTAMP). No project financing can be executed without approval of the Board of Directors.

LOR SR-57 - This project involves pavement repairs along SR-57 (Lorain Boulevard), from SR-113 to the Ohio Turnpike off ramp, in Elyria. The 2015 projected pavement condition rating (PCR) on this section of roadway is 55. The project length is 0.69 mile. The estimated cost for this project is $716,580. The project can be ready to construct by fiscal year 2016.

LAK SR-91 - This project involves pavement repairs along SR-91 (SOM Center Road), from Lake/Cuyahoga County Line to US-20, in Willoughby and Willoughby Hills. The 2015 projected PCR on this section of roadway ranges from 58 to 67. The project length is 3.81 miles. The estimated cost for this project is $1,482,823. The project can be ready to construct by fiscal year 2016.

CUY US-42 - This project involves pavement repairs along US-42 (Pearl Road), from 0.15 mile north of Sprague Road to Wetzel Avenue, in Parma, Parma Heights, Middleburg Heights and Cleveland. The 2015 projected PCR on this section of roadway ranges from 52 to 68. The project length is 7.1 miles. The estimated cost for this project is $4,130,765. CUY SR-8 - This project involves pavement repairs along SR-8 (Northfield Road), from the Maple Heights, Bedford, Bedford Heights corporation limits to the North Randall South Corporation line, in Maple Heights, Bedford Heights and Warrensville Heights. The 2015 projected PCR on this section of roadway ranges from 42 to 68. The project length is 1.1 miles. The estimated cost for this project is $1,734,474. The project can be ready to construct by fiscal year 2016.

CUY RIDGE RD - This project involves pavement repairs along Ridge Road, from Pearl Road to Fowerdale Avenue in Cleveland, Parma and Brooklyn. The 2015 projected PCR on this section of roadway ranges from 59 to 67. The project length is 0.74 mile. The estimated cost for this project is $437,516. The project can be ready to construct by fiscal year 2016.

CUY US-322 - This project involves pavement repairs along US-322 (Mayfield Road), from Eastwood Avenue to Lander Road in Mayfield Heights. The 2015 projected PCR on this section of roadway is 60. The project length is 0.54 mile. The estimated cost for this project is $205,751. The project can be ready to construct by fiscal year 2016.

CUY US-42 - This project involves pavement repairs along US-42 (Pearl Road), from Shurmer Road to 0.13 mile south of the Ohio Turnpike access road in Strongsville. The 2015 projected PCR on this section of roadway ranges from 63 to 66. The project length is 2.44 miles. The estimated cost for this project is $853,681. The project can be ready to construct by fiscal year 2016.

CUY W 130TH ST - This project involves pavement repairs along West 130th Street, from Pleasant Valley Road to Snow Road in Brook Park, Parma, Parma Heights and Middleburg Heights. The 2015 projected PCR on this section of roadway is 69. The project length is 2.83 miles. The estimated cost for this project is $966,739. The project can be ready to construct by fiscal year 2016.

CUY SNOW RD - This project involves pavement repairs along Snow Road, from SR-237 to Van Wert Avenue in Brook Park. The 2015 projected PCR on this section of roadway ranges from 58 to 64. The project length is 2.38 miles. The estimated cost for this project is $1,008,257. The project can be ready to construct by fiscal year 2016.

CUY PLEASANT VALLEY RD - This project involves pavement repairs along Pleasant Valley Road, from State Road to Broadview Road, in Parma. The 2015 projected PCR on this section of roadway ranges from 59 to 68. The project length is 1.67 miles. The estimated cost for this project is $570,478. The project can be ready to construct by fiscal year 2016.

LOR SR-83 - This project involves pavement repairs along SR-83 (Center Road), from 0.10 mile south of Detroit Road to Walker Road in Avon and Avon Lake. The 2015 projected PCR on this section of roadway ranges from 54 to 68. The project length is 3.47 miles. The estimated cost for this project is $1,620,402. The project can be ready to construct by fiscal year 2016.

CUY WARRENSVILLE CENTER RD - This project involves pavement repairs along Warrensville Center Road, from Farnsleigh Road to Fairmount Boulevard in Shaker Heights. The 2015 projected PCR on this section of roadway ranges from 61 to 68. The project length is 1.30 miles. The estimated cost for this project is $573,894. The project can be ready to construct by fiscal year 2016.

CUY SR-175 - This project involves pavement repairs along SR-175 (East 260th Street), from Euclid Avenue to IR-90, in Euclid. The 2015 projected PCR on this section of roadway ranges from 58 to 62. The project length is 0.93 mile. The estimated cost for this project is $523,000. The project can be ready to construct by fiscal year 2016.

LAK SR-306 - This project involves pavement repairs along SR-306 (Reynolds Road), from Johnnycake Ridge Road to the Lakeshore Boulevard, in Mentor. The 2015 projected PCR on this section of roadway ranges from 50 to 63. The project length is 3.91 miles. The estimated cost for this project is $3,757,717. The project can be ready to construct by fiscal year 2016.
