The External Affairs Committee assists the Agency with its relationships with various government agencies and subdivisions, the media and the general public.
2017 Focus Areas:
- Formulating communication and advocacy plan that support the priorities established by the NOACA Board
- Developing and implementing public outreach and communication activities that educate and inform stakeholders and the general public
- Developing and implementing plans of legislative and policy advocacy and forming relationships and coalitions that support the Agency’s legislative and policy priorities
