- SENIOR ENGINEER: NOACA is seeking a senior engineer with transportation asset management experience including advanced knowledge of computer software for highway pavement maintenance and rehabilitation management and bridge evaluation systems. The ideal candidate should possess advanced knowledge of highway, bridge and pavement designs and an advanced understanding of pavement materials and the road pavement deterioration models applied in various pavement maintenance and rehabilitation systems. - SENIOR ENGINEER: NOACA is seeking a second senior engineer with safety and operations experience. Typical assignments consist of preparing safety and operational studies (such as safety studies, road safety audits, signal warrant or removal studies, signal retiming studies, capacity analysis, traffic impact studies), managing signal timing improvements under the Signal Timing and Optimization contract, and assisting local agencies in identifying and implementing recommended safety and operational improvements. Experience using software programs and tools such as HCS, Synchro, PC-Warrants, Petra-Pro, as well as ODOT TIMS, CAM Tool, ECAT Tool (or comparable) is desirable. Read the full description here.
