Planning/Engineering Temporary Help
JOB DESCRIPTION
NOACA, the metropolitan planning organization for NE Ohio, is seeking temporary help to collect and enter data using ArcGIS for its transportation demand model. The main task involves building a highway network database (e.g., coding intersection geometry, signal types, median turn lanes). Field work may be necessary. Strong ArcGIS skills required. Some task-specific training provided. Part-time (flexible, but generally about 20 hours a week) position for six months. Students with several quarters/semesters of coursework in GIS usage are preferred.
