History/Background:
This project is included in ODOT District 12's SFY 2003 Bridge Program.

Current Conditions:
IR-77, IR-90, IR-480 and IR-490 are functionally classified as interstates.  The speed limits are 55 miles per hour (mph).  The average daily traffic (ADT) varies. US-6 and US-422 are functionally classified as minor and principal arterials respectively.

Proposed Project:
This project involves painting ten (10) bridges at various locations along IR-77, IR-90,US-422 and  IR-480, in Cuyahoga County and IR-90 and US-6, in Lake County.  Traffic will be maintained.

Ninety percent ($603,000) of the construction (C) cost will be funded from ODOT's District pavement allocation of Interstate Maintenance (IM) funds. ODOT will fund the ten percent  ($67,000) non-federal share.
