Draft Regional Bicycle Plan Project Planning Review

 


The Draft Regional Bicycle Transportation Plan is part of NOACA’s long range transportation plan, Connections 2030. The bicycle plan identifies goals and strategies to promote bicycling for transportation and the construction of more bikeways. It includes a draft priority bikeway system that shows where bikeway facilities should eventually be installed.

Intergovernmental Review and Consultation (IGRC): If you are a representative of a governmental entity, please submit your Intergovernmental Review and Consultation (IGRC) comment regarding the draft Regional Bicycle Plan. You can view IGRC comments received through the Project Planning Review process.

Public Comment: Submit your comments on the draft Regional Bicycle Plan. Comments received about this document will be submitted to the Governing Board for consideration in reviewing the draft Regional Bicycle Plan. You can view comments received through the Project Planning Review process.
