What is NeoPIPE?
The Northeast Ohio Public Involvement Public Education work group, NEO PIPE, is a regional consortium of Soil and Water Conservation Districts, conservation organizations and government agencies that share similar visions, missions, and values. NEO PIPE engages in a regional approach to increase public awareness of storm water issues and provides information and opportunities to protect our shared waters. Membership is open to any organization that shares these goals.
