Project Planning Reviews

 

The following transportation improvement projects are proposed for inclusion in NOACA's State Fiscal Years 2008-2011 Transportation Improvement Program. NOACA invites comment on these projects from communities and the public. Each project summary contains a project description, background, current conditions and NOACA staff input about the project.

These projects will be presented to NOACA's Transportation Advisory Committee as information items on January 15 and as action items on February 19, and action by the Governing Board on March 12.

Cuyahoga County:

  • Ohio & Erie Canalway Signage and Information Kiosks
  • Bridge Repairs at Various Locations in Cuyahoga County
  • Replace Bridge Deck on West 150th Street Exit Ramp in Cleveland
  • Construct Greenway Corridor in the Flats Neighborhood in Cleveland
  • Pedestrian & Roadway Improvements in Chagrin Falls
  • Reconstruct & Rehabilitate Columbus Road Lift Bridge
  • Rehabilitate Bridges on Highland Road in Euclid
  • Traffic Signal Improvements in South Euclid
  • Intersection Improvements in East Cleveland
  • Repair & Resurface Rockside Road in Garfield Heights, Maple Heights & Bedford
  • Reconstruction and Minor Widening on Royalton Road in North Royalton
  • Reconstruct Waterloo Road & Improve Streetscape in Cleveland
  • Slope Repair on I-77 Ramp in Independence
  • Traffic Signal Improvements in Westlake


  • Geauga County:
  • Resurface Auburn Road in Newbury and Munson Townships
  • Resurface Bass Lake Road in Munson Township
  • Resurface Bell Street in Newbury Township
  • Resurface Chardon Windsor Road in Hambden and Claridon Townships
  • Resurface Fairmount Road in Newbury Township


  • Lake County:
  • LAKETRAN FFY 2010 Capital & Operating Program


  • Medina County:
  • Preventive Maintenance along US-42/US-224 in Medina County
  • Culvert Replacements on US-224 in Medina County & SR-301 in Wayne County
  • Resurface US-42 in Brunswick

    Public Comment: NOACA encourages comments from the public on the above proposed transportation improvement projects. Please notify us if you would like to be added to our e-mail notification list for future updates. You can also view project reviews from prior quarters. Comments about these projects that are received before the Governing Board meeting listed above will be submitted to the Board for consideration.
