Annual Summit
NOACA’s 9th Annual Summit, held Friday, June 13, at Cleveland State University’s Wolstein Center, highlighted NOACA’s 40th anniversary of serving Northeast Ohio through transportation and environmental planning. The Summit included a presentation on the agency’s history and a discussion of transportation and economic development challenges facing the region today.

This award recognizes excellence in leadership, cooperation and dedication, traits exemplified in the career of long-time NOACA board member and former mayor of Strongsville Walter F.
