Policy & Core Documents
NOACA develops transportation and environmental plans and policy documents that affect the entire Northeast Ohio region. In FY 2008, NOACA developed the following planning and policy-related documents.
Reports
After completing studies and analyses, the NOACA staff produces final reports to document the work that was done and the results or recommendations. The following reports were completed in FY 2008:
Transportation for Livable Community Reports (TLCI)
Since 2005, NOACA has awarded funds to communities for planning studies that can enhance the quality of life in their neighborhoods. These are some of the studies that have been completed.

NOACA produces a variety of maps for each of its five counties. In FY 2008, NOACA staff produced the following maps.
Publications
NOACA produces publications to inform the Governing Board and the general public about the work we perform annually in our Overall Work Program (OWP) and about the work that pertains to each of our five counties and the city of Cleveland.
Brochures
NOACA produces brochures and other summary documents to educate the public about its varied planning activities.
