Because of the lead-time required to process project applications and obtain comment, NOACA posts an annual PPR schedule. Note the following schedule for calendar year 2006:

• June 2006 Plan/TIP amendment
  Complete materials must be submitted to NOACA by March 1, 2006
• September 2006 Plan/TIP amendment
  Complete materials must be submitted to NOACA by June 1, 2006
• December 2006 Plan/TIP amendment
  Complete materials must be submitted to NOACA by September 1, 2006
